Our organization was founded in 1993 by Marianne and Jerry Kelly, who combined their professional knowledge, real-life experiences and passion for helping others to create a complete appearance rehabilitation program for cancer patients and others affected by traumatic injury. Over the past two decades, the company has grown from a single facility in Baltimore, Maryland, to a network of more than 20 Image Recovery Centers® in some of the most prestigious hospitals and cancer centers nationwide.

Enhanced Experience

Image Recovery Centers® furnish healthcare providers and hospital leadership and administration with a way to expand support for cancer patients by integrating rehabilitation services with an appearance-enhancement facility. Our program offers a combination of specialty products and services, expert advice, and educational information designed to support your patients during treatment and recovery and help them look and feel like themselves again.

Survivorship Beyond Treatment

Establishing an Image Recovery Center® also helps hospitals and cancer centers meet requirements for delivering survivorship care. By 2015, all facilities accredited by the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer must provide patients with a survivorship care plan, a blueprint to help survivors monitor and maintain their health post-treatment. An appearance-enhancement center is a critical component of that plan.
